Okay, I’m starting to
get frustrated! Last week I worked really hard to keep my calories where they
need to be. I started using an app called My Fitness Pal and I started logging
everything I ate. Also, this past weekend I spent all day Saturday, Sunday, and
Monday night helping my sister paint her new house. this is actually a pretty
good workout and I burned a lot of calories so I thought for sure that when I
got on the scale Monday morning that I was see I had lost my 2 pound goal...
NOT! I stayed the same! 196.6!! You got to be kidding me!!! I worked my butt of
this weekend and nothing.
Today I skipped the diet. It is my 6 year
anniversary with my honey and I was not going to miss out on a good time by
counting calories. But first thing tomorrow morning I will get back into
counting calories and drinking my water.
